This ministry is a diocesan-wide program that encourages parishes to create gardens where there are unused areas on campus suitable for growing vegetables. St. George’s has had a Seeds of Hope garden since 2020. We plant, water, weed, and harvest vegetables and herbs. In 2023, we harvested 103 lbs of items, all of which were donated to South County Outreach’s food pantries. For more information, contact Muriel Witham.
