The worship team participates in Sunday and special services as Lay Eucharistic Ministers, Lectors, Ushers, and a new role of Shepherd. We assisted in approximately 70 services during the year including Sunday services, holiday services and funerals.

We currently have 40 members, and always are open and excited to have people join our team in any role you feel comfortable participating in the service. This year we started reading the psalm, and this increased the number of lectors participating at each service.

We had a full team training in March, and will host another training this year for all members. We added a new position this year called Shepherd. This is an important role that includes meeting new people at the parking lot and showing them where the entrance to the church is, as well as to assist the congregation during communion.

Fourteen members of the worship team volunteer for this new position. We have many people on the worship team that help in many different roles in the services. If you are interested in participating in worship, please see Rev. Pat or Amy.
